Tahir Khattak is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with more than 17 years of multidisciplinary experience delivering complex infrastructure programs in the transportation, water, defense, education, and building sectors.
He specializes in project controls, scheduling, cost and risk management, delay analysis, and forensic schedule review, providing clients with data-driven, compliance-focused insights throughout the project life cycle. Tahir has successfully supported federal, state, and local agencies—including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)—on projects requiring rigorous documentation, schedule analysis, and audit-ready reporting.
