Depending on the project's need, we can provide a detailed schedule, summary schedule, and/or integrated master schedule. We also provide construction delay and acceleration analyses. Primavera P6 is our standard for project scheduling. We also use Microsoft’s Project as a scheduling system at the client’s request.
Earned Value Management (EVM) is an effective tool for planning, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on project performance.
